COVID-19 Vaccines Are FREE Of Charge
- PLEASE NOTE: The CDC now recommends that patients receive the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna COVID-19 vaccinations rather than the Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) vaccination. Please click here to read the updated recommendation.
- Please bring your photo ID, proof of insurance if available and any COVID-19 vaccination card.
- Pfizer requires two doses, 21 days apart for ages 12 and over, with a booster at 6 months for those over 16.
- Moderna requires two doses, 28 days apart, with a booster at 6 months.
- Second doses will be scheduled before you leave Xpress Pharmacy.
